In 2012 Albert Hendriks and Dirk van der Heul started a unique, ultramodern bake off bakery in Meppel, the Netherlands: Pandriks Bake Off Inc. In a relatively short space of time Pandriks developed to be a trademark with respect to artisan bread
Based on the vision that bread used to be tastier in the old days, Pandriks explored the hand craft of baking authentic bread. Subsequently Pandriks Bake Off developed a unique concept for pure and honest bread with the highest quality, with 100% natural ingredients, without e-numbers and stone-oven baked.
This unique process of production, which takes almost 30 hours from beginning to end, generates the very best bake off bread available in Europe. In the meantime, our bread is being baked in The Netherlands, Germany and Austria. From there Pandriks supplies the tastiest sourdough bread to bakery stores, butcher stores and supermarkets, retail, catering industry and markets in parts of Europe and the USA.
